Day 2 | White Mountains Bike Tour Waking up without an alarm is always the best part about camping. Day 1 | White Mountains Bike Tour We started the morning off by rolling out of our hammocks we slept in the night before, headed back down the trail to the Franconia Notch Trailhead Parking lot where we would get our bikes ready for the tour. I made Eddie and I both a couple of bland breakfast burritos to eat. We stuffed all our belongings into the saddle bags and strapped everything to our bikes. Birdsboro Quarry | Sport Climbing Mecca in Pennsylvania

When you think of great sport climbing areas around the states, I’m sure places like the Red River Gorge of Kentucky, The Red Rocks of Nevada, or the Crags in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. But what about the Birdsboro Quarry? Never heard of it, well me neither until last summer. The quarry is home to the 158 sport routes, ranging from cruiser 5.2 to a heinous 5.14, and fun slabs to some pretty gnarly multi-pitch stuff. Peak Designs Capture Clip | Review

The Peak Design Capture has single handedly change the way I’m able to capture photos and videos. This neat little device doesn’t directly affect the photos or videos themselves, but it allows me to have my camera always ready and secure at the same time. The Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite is by far the most important item I now take on any backpacking/camping trip. Arguably more important than my camera, backpack, or even water. If you’re anything like me, the worst part of camping is waking up sore in the morning, and that soreness has nothing to do with the previous days’ activities. Discovering Norway for ourselves on a road trip through the mountains. Every place we passed through was more beautiful than the last. Mountains and Fjords that captured the imagination whether from the roadside or on top of a summit. This place was truly made for those looking to fill their sense of wonder. The trip took us through Alesund, Andalsnes, Loen, Flam, and Bergen. We both have been to Iceland, and this place is far better.

Hiking through Åndalsnes, Norway

The moment we emerged from the last tunnel, and our eyes adjusted to the light, I knew we had picked a great town to stay in. A huge mountain range that pierced into the clouds, dropped off into the fjord where the town of Åndalsnes stood. For two days, my girlfriend Courtney and I stayed in a cabin at a campground with the intent of seeing and doing as much as possible while in Åndalsnes.
