Less than 24 hours after touching down in Costa Rica, our restless legs were already carrying us up the sister peak of the Arenal Volcano, Cerro Chato or Chato Volcano. When you come across the opportunity to cross off a bucket list trip of a lifetime to Oktoberfest, you do everything you can to make it happen. And that’s exactly what happened. Just a 1.5 hr train ride away from the exhausting weekend we had at Oktoberfest in Munich, rests a city at the foot of the Western Austrian Alps. That place is called Innsbruck. And even though it was cold, cloudy, and the middle of the week,  Innsbruck was an incredible place on our trip. As much as I hate falling into the trap of touristy packages that force you to stand in line for an hour to take the same exact picture as everyone else; this, was not one of those times.
